As for the setting:

Alternative Fallout setting with furries instead of humans. Everything else is pretty much the same. Some original species are anthropomorphic and intelligent now, such as night stalkers and geckos.

As for the plot:

Lazy lives a calm life of courier in the endless Wasteland, but out of nowhere she meets a naive night stalker who has lost her family.
